Meet Tuesday

I'm 22 years old and these are the images, inspirations, and thoughts that will keep me going as I push forward endeavoring to live a healthy life in a healthy body while balancing school, a full time job, along with a soda and snack loving husband!
I'm not a dietician. I'm not a personal trainer. And most of this I'm just kind of figuring out as I go along. But this is what I know. I feel better when I eat right. I feel better when I exercise. And the more I do it the better I feel!
